Vworld: A Summary

Summary
Jason Roach is a 20 year old high school graduate that owns and operates a secret virtual world that spans all across the globe. All of his friends/co-workers have programming and hacking backgrounds; they help Jason build his virtually infinite world.

When the first section of Vworld, The Vclub, was created five years ago, a seemingly miraculous event happened. A fully sentient girl was created. She was apparently built off of junk code thrown away when building the club. The girl (Lind) and Jason fell in love and Jason gave him and his team the task of finding a way of bringing Lind into the real world.

The process of gaining entrance into Vworld is seemingly easy, buy a pair of sunglasses. In reality though it is much harder. The sunglasses are placed in random in various stores around the world.

An FBI agent and his partner have taken a certain interest in Vworld and the possible crimes that could (and are) being committed there. Nathan Ryan, the lead investigator is a Vworld user himself, using his experiences there to vigorously build a case against Jason and his friends.

Themes
The central theme of Vworld is true love between two people. Whether they be virtual or real. The movie also debates Cyber law and points out how behind the world is in keeping up with the law. At the same time showing the need for a completely free space for people to express their inner desires and needs.
